Yes, as a Business customer of KLARA, you have the option to access the Digital Mailbox directly through your KLARA Dashboard.
To enable this, it is important that you have verified your company in KLARA. If you haven't done so yet, you can do this through the "Company" section.

After successful verification, you can activate the Digital Mailbox in the Widget Store or through the dashboard in KLARA.
Here is the guide:
1. Step: Click on the Digital Mailbox section
2. Step: Accept our terms and conditions and activate the Digital Mailbox widget
After activation, you will receive mail from certain senders for free.

If you wish to expand the service, you can also activate the "Scanning Service" widget in the Widget Store, which scans mail delivered to your company address.
This way, you can also have your mail digitized in KLARA.
To archive your documents, you have access to the "eArchive" widget.
