In KLARA you can easily create documents such as offers, confirmations of order, delivery notes or invoices/credit notes using a template under “Order management”.
As soon as you create a new document, you are in edit mode. On the right-hand side is a bar with actions for adding additional columns or groups. Just drag & drop to the desired position.
The layout of KLARA documents is standardised. If you would like to change something in the standard layout, you can do so in “Company > Print layout”. Download the chosen template, adapt it and then upload it under “Customised layout”.
