An employment contract is automatically generated when a new employee is entered. This can be downloaded in the last step of the compilation. The employment contract is a standard document and should be read through and adjusted as necessary.
KLARA generates this on the basis of the information recorded.
The employment contract created is then automatically stored under “Employer” – “Documents” – “Own documents”. The employment contract can also be downloaded and printed out again here. If there is no contract in the document storage, it has not been prepared.
Under “Manage employees” – “Change employment”, the contract can be reprocessed at any time.
