The SIX payment terminal came with instructions. These will help you when setting up the terminal.
You can then connect the terminal to the cash register via the tablet.
To do so, open “Settings” on the tablet and click on the toggle button for the payment terminal. Once there, select 'mPrimes' or 'Yomani’, depending on which terminal you want to connect to the cash register. If you do not have 'Yomani' or 'mPrimes', then the selection is irrelevant.
In the next step, enter the terminal ID (TID) or the IP address of the terminal. In both cases the tablet and the terminal must be in the same LAN network.
Connection to the payment terminal has failed
If you are unable to connect your payment terminal to the tablet, check the following:
- Are the terminal and tablet in the same LAN network?
- Is the terminal ID (TID) or IP address correct?
If the connection is still not working properly, try the IP address instead of the TID, or vice versa.
