Do your customers pay for their purchases with credit cards and are you uncertain how to post these most simply in KLARA?
If you have set up the KLARA POS, the posting of your sales is automatic and up to date. As soon as you receive a credit from your credit card company, you can post the payment receipt in the bank reconciliation using the option “Payment provider”.
Here you also have the option of entering the fee deducted from the payment amount and thus of posting the receipt and this fee reducing revenue in the one posting.
If you post your sales revenue in KLARA yourself, we recommend that you place the amount that was paid by your customer using a credit card in the account “1101 Liabilities vis-à-vis the payment service provider”. Afterwards you can also post the incoming payment in the bank reconciliation with the option “Payment service provider”.
