It takes just a few steps to enable the automatic transfer of data between Credit Suisse and KLARA. Start by recording the bank data under “Company – banking relationships” and enter the IBAN number there for the CS account you wish to connect. Also deselect accordingly to determine whether it is to be used as a standard account for wage payments, or accounts receivable and payable.
Then return to the home screen. Under To Do, you will now find a task “Connection of Credit Suisse account to KLARA”. Begin this task. In the first step, you will receive information about what the connection is used for, as well as a description of the next steps. Clicking on “Set up now” starts the set-up. Tip: contact KLARA support if the bank connection task does not appear. The support team can add the task manually for you.
You will now be redirected to the Credit Suisse e-banking page. Log in to your online banking and navigate to the menu item “Products and Services” and select “Open banking” in the “Services” section. Now click on “Add third party” and select KLARA Business AG. Activate the checkboxes to share the account information and enable payments. Save your entries and log in via the button “Log out and authenticate now”. You will then be forwarded to KLARA and can log in again here.
In the accounting section under “Sync”, you can now manually initiate the synchronisation of your Credit Suisse account or wait for KLARA to do this automatically. Your bank account transactions are automatically updated once every night.
Important: please note that the company account is always connected via the contract number in KLARA. Since this is a personal number, only the user who made the bank connection can automatically transmit payments to Credit Suisse.
