In the “online” menu, click on “connect KLARA with Google”. A pop-up window appears for logging into Google.
If you do not yet have or have not yet created a Google account for your company, make a new Google account first.
To do this go to google.ch and select “login” at the top right.
You will then be taken to the following page:
On the lower left, select “Create account / For my company”. After this step, follow the instructions set out in Google.
Once you have set up your account, you can start the synchronisation with the settings:
there is a large choice of categories. Select the one that best fits your company. The more precise the company description, the more suitable the category suggestions you are given. However, the category can also be changed later if you find a more suitable one.
You can choose between two synchronisation versions:
- Automatically update the marketing information for your company (Online Presence Plus)
Your details (opening hours, address, description, logo, header image) are synchronised with Google. You thereby address more people and you can benefit from the Google reach.
- Publish company news, offers or events automatically on Google too (Online News Plus)
In addition to the company data, you can publish further information about your company via Google with this offer: your news, offers and events.
