The error can be rectified by downloading the “GBoard – Google keypad app” free of charge from Google Play Store.
Close the KLARA POS app and open it again. Go directly to the keypad (e.g. by briefly clicking on customer data) and click on the bottom left of the keypad on the small keypad symbol. You can specify GBoard as standard.
After this, the problem with the Samsung keypad should no longer occur. Alternatively, you can select “Manage keypads” in the tablet settings. You can set the setting on another keypad.
