- Once your meeting booking has been confirmed, you will receive a confirmation mail. In this confirmation mail, you will then find a link to the meeting room. Please note that you can enable pop-ups in your browser:
- Check the settings for your microphone and loudspeaker here, then click on “connect now”:
- Click here to change to full screen mode:
- Click here: “Start screen sharing” to transfer the screen:
- Now hover the mouse over the screen that is to be shared:
