Staples and the like will be removed before scanning so that the pages can be processed individually. Bound or glued content cannot be processed and will be forwarded to the recipient unscanned.
How will a multi-page letter, e.g. a document with 10 pages, be treated? (Example: invitations to AGMs which include printouts of annual reports)
