When posting, the corresponding card can be selected as the payment method. If your employees submit the receipt via the myKLARA app, they can already indicate when scanning the receipt, how it was paid.
Tedious queries or handwritten notes on the receipt are therefore no longer necessary.
It is important that the individual items are registered correctly, this is not possible with the credit card statement. Though, you can also post the credit card statement in KLARA. You can pay the credit card statement with the business case "Credit card current account". KLARA prepares the payment to your credit card provider and credits the current account of your credit card statement.
However, with the credit card reconciliation you can check whether all open positions are booked, same as to the bank reconciliation.
