In the KLARA POS system, in Gastro mode, when collecting payment for a table order, the amount can be split using three different options:
- By ordered menu items
- Linearly by number of people
- With an individual flat rate per person
By ordered menu items
Simply tap the ordered menu items and collect payment for them. By clicking the box at the very top ("select all items"), all items can also be selected and paid for directly if one person wants to pay for everything alone.
If you enter a large order and need to scroll, the selected items appear clearly in a separate box
Linearly by number of people
Enter the number of people and the KLARA POS software automatically calculates the linear amount per person
Individual flat rate per person
Select an individual flat rate per person and collect payment for it
Important:
You can also collect payment for only part of the order as described above – however, the table will remain open and further items can be added. This is useful, for example, if one person has to leave earlier and wants to pay their share already, while the other customers at this table stay and continue consuming.
