What is currently not supported?
- Links without an expiry date: All payment links are valid for a maximum of 70 days
- Flexible payment amounts: A specific amount must be defined for each payment link. Customers cannot enter the payment amount themselves
- Samsung Pay: Samsung Pay is currently not supported as a payment method for Pay by Link
How do I create a payment link?
- Go to Company > Payments and click Create payment link
2. Choose whether the link should be valid for a single payment (One-time) or for multiple payments (Multiple).
- A one-time payment link is recommended when a specific customer needs to pay a specific amount, for example for a consulting service
- A multiple-use payment link is recommended when several customers need to pay the same amount, for example when selling mulled wine at a market stall
3. For both types, you can then define an expiry date. The maximum validity period is 70 days from the date the payment link is created
4. Your payment link is then generated. You can copy and send it directly or download it as a QR code and print it if required
Where can I see which payments have been made?
- Go to Company > Payments and click Show all payment links
2. You will see an overview of all your payment links. Use the search function and the filters at the top of the page to find a specific link. Click the required payment link in the list.
3. Click the three dots on the right to open the quick actions. From here, you can:
- Copy the payment link
- Download the QR code
- Deactivate the payment link
4. The details section contains additional information, including:
- The payment link itself, which you can copy or download as a QR code
- Who created the link and when it expires
- The defined amount, current status and link type, either one-time or multiple-use
- How many payments were made and when they were received
5. As usual, you can view the details of each individual payment in the Payments Dashboard under Company > Payments.
