Is your insurance not stored in the KLARA insurance directory?
KLARA's insurance directory contains all insurance companies that have an interface with Swissdec. It is important to search with the correct wording or the official insurance number.
Swissdec publishes a list in which all recipient insurance companies are entered. You can find them here. Search for your insurance company and enter the corresponding number in the search field in KLARA. This is how to find the right insurance.
Are you unable to find your insurance in the Swissdec directory? Then KLARA offers the option of entering the insurance manually. To do this, select the “+” sign in the upper right corner next to the insurance company. You can then enter the data manually.
