Entering Articles
- Go to the “Articles” section in the web application at app.klara.ch.
- Click on the “Add article” button to start the entry process.
- You can add an article image.
- Choose to have the system generate an article number or enter one manually.
- Enter your article in one or more of the four supported languages. At least one language is required.
- To display the article on the tablet, ensure you enter at least one category.
- On the second input page, provide additional details about the product, including:
- Price
- Value-added tax (VAT)
- Fill in the “Tag” input field. This step is crucial for structuring your KLARA accounting system, as the tag is used for recording the product in the profit & loss statement.
