- Subscribe to your “own domain name” directly in the Widget store. Alternatively, navigate to Online - Configure website - General settings, then select Information about the website.
- In the next view, select the option on the right labeled “I need a new domain name”.
- You will be directed to the input screen. KLARA will suggest domain names under the search window. Enter your desired name to see available domain options displayed on the right.
- After selecting your preferred domain name, you must record a responsible person. Ensure that this person has access to the specified email address.
- The domain will be automatically registered. You will need to confirm the email address by clicking on the link sent to you via email. Typically, your domain will be live within 3 days.
- IMPORTANT: Be aware that SWITCH may send you an email to verify your identity. This email will contain a verification link. Please verify immediately upon receipt to complete the domain registration and prevent deletion.
