Summary
You can register a new email address for KLARA by inviting the new user through the “Users” menu or by registering directly with a new email.
To enter a new email address for logging in to KLARA, follow these steps:
- Log in to KLARA using your existing email address.
- Go to the “Users” menu.
- Select the “+” character.
- Enter the email address of the new user.
- Select the role of the new user.
- Customize the invitation email.
- Send the invitation.
The invited account will receive an email notification. If the account is not yet registered with KLARA, it can register directly using the link in the email. If the account is already registered, the assigned company will be displayed automatically upon logging in.
