Q: How does the 30 days free trial phase work?
A: The free trial period allows you to test our paid services completely free of charge for a period of 30 days. During this period, you will not incur any costs. You can cancel your subscription at any time within the 30 days by deactivating the offer in the Widget Store. Your subscription will only become chargeable after the trial period has expired.
Q: Will I get a reminder e-mail before the end of the 30 days?
A: Yes. We will remind you that your trial is coming to an end 3 days beforehand.
Q: If I decide on a KLARA product, what will happen with the data I have already entered?
A: The trial is for a fully functional product. This means that if you decide you want to go on using the product, you can continue to work directly with the data you have already entered.
Q: How will KLARA support me if I have any questions or problems?

Q: Should I use my real company details for the trial?
A: As you are trying out the product in a live environment, we recommend that you do so using real data. Remember that the various products from KLARA talk to each other. If you are using KLARA Accounting, for instance, and then try out KLARA Project with invented data, postings will be performed with fictitious data.
