KLARA’s chart of accounts is stored as the default and cannot be customised.
However, this is no longer required in any case, because you are now working with business cases and tags rather than directly with the chart of accounts.
To give a little example, let's say you receive an invoice from your telecommunications provider. Instead of having to enter an account number of the standard chart of accounts or typing in an account name such as “Telephony, internet”, you can now just enter “Telephone” and KLARA will suggest the business case you can use for the posting. “Tags” enable you to store the individual expenses in a meaningful way, without any complicated accountancy jargon.
And the best thing? KLARA learns all the time, constantly expanding its knowledge and capabilities.
