This section explains the overview page for the "Article" menu item, including what functions you can find here and how to manage your articles.
Better overview / Sort and filter
The overview is presented in tile format by default. As an alternative, it is possible to change from the tile format to the list view in the top right corner. The filter function can be used to search for articles, while the articles can be sorted by "Name", "Article number" or "Last changed". This means you are always able to choose the order you want. If you are looking for a particular group of articles, there are various ways of limiting the display, e.g. searching by type, price, category, filter, tags or article sets. These filters mean that only those products that have these properties are displayed.
Caution! Filters and categories are important pieces of information for the KLARA POS and the KLARA Online Shop. If you have not subscribed to any of these add-on products, they will be empty.
The filter function can be minimized by clicking on the X in the top right corner.
Article display
Every recorded article is displayed as a single tile. You can access the information about the relevant article by clicking on the tile. The display image will be shown when the corresponding article is selected. The article name, price with and without VAT, article number and article type will also be displayed.
Should variants of the article be stored, these will be listed below the article. The different variants of the article can be viewed using the drop-down menu.
The three dots in the top right corner of each tile open the shortcut menu for the article. Here you can edit, copy or delete the article. An article can be copied any number of times, but the article number must not be identical – it must be adapted. If an article is deleted, it continues to exist on all actions already performed, but it is no longer available for further use and will be removed from the article overview.
List view
In the list view, variants can be displayed via the triangle in front of the article. In addition, this view offers information on whether the article was activated for the online shop, POS and/or online booking and is displayed there. To edit, delete or copy the article, go to the shortcut menu via the three dots at the end of the relevant line.
