This article serves as instruction on how to set up the payment options of KLARA pay in relation to the online shop. It is important that you have already set up your KLARA online shop in advance. Further help on the set up of the online shop, you will find here:
Start with the menu item “Online” on the left side of the menu bar and go to the bottom of the page to “Configure”. At the top of the menu section, you will find the item “Payment”. As soon as you have generated the “key” for the connection, you will automatically subscribe to KLARA pay and will be invoiced monthly at CHF 19 in future. You will also be charged transaction fees. These are dependent on the chosen payment method.
Scroll down to the bottom of your view. Payment methods are set up in a later step.
Your unique URL for KLARA pay was automatically generated based on your company name. Now choose the name you want your customers to see on their card or account statement, after they have bought from you.
Click on “Save” to confirm your entries.
Meanwhile, you should also have received a confirmation mail from KLARA pay. In it, you will also find your login information and a link for the administration. We have already been able to fill in most of the details for you automatically. Now it is still necessary to provide the legally required information per payment provider.
To do this, log in to KLARA pay and enter your data under "Enter master data".
Afterwards, you can go back to your dashboard and choose the item “Add payment provider”.
Now you should complete for each payment provider you want to use, the required information.
For the common payment methods, we recommend the following:
Payrexx Direct – Mastercard,VISA, AMEX, Apple Pay, Google Pay
Payrexx Swiss Collecting – TWINT, PostFinance card and eFinance (Mastercard and VISA please do NOT activate here)
Credit and debit cards – PayPal (for this payment method you need to create an account outside of KLARA and complete the data) KLARA pay PayPal Integration

According to the regulations to combat money laundering, we are obliged to know our customers, and this is fulfilled on the basis of the questions asked.
Now choose the menu item “Withdrawals” in KLARA Pay and if necessary, add the required data (via “complete account details”) and finish your entry via “Set up”.
You don't need to do anything else. Your digital assistant has already made the integration in your online shop for you.
