To create discounts for articles in the KLARA Online shop, you need to add a price category to the article and configure it in the online shop settings.

Adding a Discount to an Article

  1. Open the article for which you want to add a discount.
  2. Click on “Add price category.”
  3. Enter your preferred term (e.g., Sale, Black Friday Sale, Discount, etc.) and the new price.
  4. Save the article. You can use the same price category for every article on sale.

Configuring the Online Shop

  1. Switch to the online shop configuration.
  2. Go to the menu option “Price categories.”
  3. Open the drop-down menu for the “Sale price category.”
  4. Select the price category you created earlier.

Displaying the Discount in the Online Shop

  • The selected price category is immediately added and displayed in the online shop.
  • Customers will see the original price of the item (crossed out) alongside the new price.
