Since version 10.0.0 of myKLARA, you can not only view all appointments of the day in the app, but also create and edit appointments and blockers. To do this, simply click on the plus icon at the bottom right of the appointment view. And then follow the steps "Select service(s)" - "Select person/resource and slot" - "Assign customer" until you reach an overview. There you can check everything again and make any necessary corrections before saving the appointment.
There are some restrictions compared to booking appointments in the KLARA Web App:
- Only one person/resource can be selected manually. Even if you have an appointment with several services and/or several work steps, you can only select one person or resource. All others are assigned automatically.
- Work steps are not displayed either in the detailed view of an existing appointment or when creating/editing an appointment.
- Series appointments and blockers are not yet possible.
