Download the camt.053d file (d = with details) from the e-banking system of the respective bank, save the file on your PC, and then upload it to KLARA under Accounting > Sync.
Information about exactly which file is required and what the camt.053d file is can be found here.
Some banks offer automatic synchronization without a camt file. You can find the list of banks here: Bank connection with KLARA
- Download the camt.053d file from e-banking (instructions vary by bank; see below)
- Upload the camt.053d file to KLARA: Go to "Accounting" > "Sync" > "Import transaction file" and upload the desired file.
All transactions will then be loaded automatically into the bank reconciliation in KLARA. KLARA scans them and, wherever possible, automatically matches your open items with the transactions on your bank statement. If KLARA does not recognize them, you can search for the corresponding item yourself and connect it manually.
