Summary
In KLARA, you can create and edit documents like offers, order confirmations, delivery notes, and invoices using templates in the Order Management section.
Creating a Document
- Navigate to the Order Management section in KLARA.
- Select the type of document you wish to create (e.g., offer, confirmation of order, delivery note, invoice).
- You will enter edit mode automatically upon document creation.
Editing a Document
- On the right-hand side, you will see a bar with actions for:
- Adding additional columns
- Adding groups
- To modify the document, simply drag and drop elements to your desired position.
Customizing Document Layout
- The layout of KLARA documents is standardized.
- To change the standard layout:
1. Go to Company > Print layout.
2. Download the template you wish to modify.
3. Make your desired changes to the template.
4. Upload the modified template under Customised layout.
