The Tag Manager function allows you to subsequently restructure or adjust the income statement on the basis of the set tags. It may be necessary to adjust the tags used over the year, especially for the annual financial statement. With the Tag Manager this becomes a simple task. From now on you have the possibility to adjust tags over all used postings per fiscal year.
The Tag Manager is fully integrated into the accounting system and can be accessed either in the booking details in the journal (Journal) or via the P&L statement (Erfolgsrechnung).
With the four functions of the Tag Manager Rename / Delete / Group / Specify (Umbenennen / Löschen / Gruppieren / Präzisieren) you can, if necessary, completely revise your income statement.
Thanks to the practical filter functions, tags can only be adjusted for certain partners or accounts. The «Exclude tag» (Tag ausschliessen) section also means that bookings that contain this tag are not taken into account.
Rename (Umbenennen)
It may happen that you want to rename a tag or even combine several tags into a new tag and no longer need the old tags. For this there is the function Rename (Umbenennen). A typical example would be typos. You have a tag «internez» which should actually be called «Internet».
Delete (Löschen)
Did you use tags that you wanted to use for evaluations but don't need them? Then you can simply delete them. It is important to know that every booking needs at least one tag. KLARA does not delete the last tag of a booking.
Group (Gruppieren)
You have structured your accounting too much at the beginning and now you notice that your P&L statement shows too many tags? With the function Group (Gruppieren) you can combine different tags. You can also put a new tag before an existing one. For an even better structure in your accounting, you can also define a tag that will be displayed as the leading Tag in the P&L statement.
Specify (Präzisieren)
With the function Specify (Präzisieren), you can break down the currently used tags further by storing additional tags for more in-depth analyses. The newly set tag is always created after the selected tag.
