The email address you use for your account also serves as your username and therefore cannot be changed directly. Here's a guide on how to proceed:
- Register with the new email address.
- Log in to KLARA using your old email address and go to the user settings. Enter the new email address as the administrator.
- Log in with the new email address and remove the old email address from the user settings.
- Finally, you can delete your old email address according to the instructions in this article: Delete Account.
Note: If you have a KLARA Business Starter subscription, you will need to contact support, as you do not have permission to add additional users.
