You would like to be informed about news in your company, but you do not receive the push notifications from myKLARA on your phone. Here are some tips on how to do this:
Android
Allow notifications
It is possible that you or a third-party app turned off permission at an earlier point in time so that myKLARA can not send notifications.
- Open the Settings app
- Search for apps and open the menu item
- Search for the myKLARA app and select it
- Open Notifications
- Make sure all notifications are turned on
Turn off battery optimization
Since version 6 Android has built various functions to minimize the battery consumption of apps. Certainly, a good cause. But unfortunately, Google has overshot the mark a bit. Apps that are not actively used often are quickly sent to an extended sleep mode in which they no longer receive notifications.
However, you can switch off this battery optimization for individual apps. Attention, the way to do this can look a little different depending on the phone manufacturer. Here is an example for Samsung phones:
- Open the Settings app
- Search for apps and open the menu item
- Search for the myKLARA app and select it
- Select Battery
- Select Optimize battery usage
- Change from Apps not optimized to All
7. Search for myKLARA app
8. Turn the switch to off
