A new API key can be added in the menu item "User". To create an API key, the key must be given a name and assigned to at least one user role in KLARA. Every user who has this role can subsequently use the API key to authenticate on the public API for the corresponding company.
Important: If a key is assigned to a staff role, this role can access all APIs of the public API, regardless of the restrictions in KLARA.
This applies to all KLARA interfaces. ePost API is not considered in this article.
