To verify your KLARA account, we have sent you a code by post. You should receive this within the next three working days, provided you have requested this at registration. You can enter this at the menu item “Company” → “Record code now”.
The authentication code is required for various fields, and for Google verification, the epost scanning service, or to be able to conduct electronic pay transmission directly from KLARA. KLARA is Swissdec-certified and this certification requires two-step authentication of the person who is using KLARA. Swissdec ensures that personal data such as pay details are standardised and transmitted correctly. You can also use KLARA Pay without the authentication code. However, electronic pay transmission cannot be done without a code.
If you have not ordered the code directly at company registration, you can pick this up at any time via the task “Use KLARA additional feature and authenticate account”.
