You can request a new code under the task “Acquire authentication code”.
The code is then sent to you by post to verify your address. Please note that it may take a few days until the code reaches you. Do not order a new code before the letter has arrived with you. Each time you request a code, the old one automatically becomes invalid.
Tip for KLARA Pay: You can use KLARA Pay as usual, even if you have not yet received the code. The code is there to verify your company and to approve the interface for pay reporting. You can therefore do everything except report pay data to the authorities and insurance companies, for example, administer withholding tax or pay reports for the year end.
