Summary
You can easily record salary increases in KLARA by selecting the employee, choosing the relevant month, and entering the new wage.
Steps to Record Salary Increases
- Select the relevant employee from the menu item “Manage employees”.
- In the employee's quick menu, locate the timeline and the current hourly or monthly salary under the item “Change employment”.
- Click on the month in the timeline when the wage increase is to take effect. For example, if the increase is to start in January 2022, click on January 2022 in the timeline:

- Scroll down to the “Salary information” section.
- Enter the new monthly or hourly wage.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click “Continue”. This will apply your changes from the selected month.

Important Notes
- Once the employee reaches the relevant period, the new wage will be accepted automatically.
