If a salary transmission has been started, you can view the status in the notifications.
If you cannot start the wage report, this article will show you what requirements are necessary and how you can start the wage transmission:

The notifications can be called up in KLARA at the top right by the bell. There is a notification for each wage report that is started, which signals the status of the wage transmission. The wage report have the following status (always in this order*).
*When reporting wage statements to the tax authorities, the completion step is skipped.
ProcessingIt is checked whether a connection to the insurance company can be established |

Completion necessaryA connection to the insurance company could be established. You have to complete the report. The completion can be started by clicking on the 3 dots and then on the compass needle (➤): If you click on this button, you will be taken directly to the compensation office or to the insurer. There you must make any necessary additions and thereby definitely confirm the data transmission. The call must also be made if no additions are to be made. |
ErrorThere is an issue preventing wage reporting. If the wage report contains errors, the specific error message can be displayed by clicking on the question mark. In case of an incomprehensible error message you can contact the support and send us the error message. |

If corrections have been made after a faulty transmission, the message must be restarted. Notifications can be restarted by clicking the three dots to the right of the notification and then clicking the spinning arrows (🔄). To apply corrections in the next step, the button "Update data" must be clicked. |
