To help you to set up our Gastro POS system quickly, we have provided a few videos below.
Basic settings:
Make sure that you have first activated and selected the gastro mode under “Settings” (this can be found in the menu at the top left).
Then you can first define 4 details:
- Place orders automatically
- Use send aisle
- Print section with payment split
- Only serve my tables

Standard courses:
KLARA suggests 3 courses by default: Drinks, starter, main course

Send/recall courses:
If the “Use send aisle” function is activated in the general settings (see above), the order can be sent to or retrieved from the kitchen, for example. This video shows you exactly how this works and how it is displayed in KLARA:
Add receipt printer:
You have the option of adding several printers. The default printer should always be the one for printing receipts on the tablet. However, additional printers can also be installed in the kitchen or at the counter.

Assign tables:
In the Gastro POS menu, you have the option to manage your tables. This allows you to correctly assign orders per table. It is also possible to merge orders, change tables, etc.
