To ensure that inventory levels are updated correctly when a sale is made at the cash register, it is important to assign a storage area to each cash register.
You can create a storage area under “Items – Inventory” when inventory is activated.
It is also important to assign a “storage location” to the display in the store so that you know where your items are currently located.
Now you should assign a warehouse to the cash register. This way, KLARA knows from which inventory area the products should be deducted. You can enter this under “Cash register system – Cash registers.”
Once you have entered this information, KLARA will automatically book your sales and keep your inventory up to date.
