On the KLARA cash register, you can create and edit your own external payment methods. Transactions “paid” with these methods are then saved just like card sales, but we use the stored name of the payment method.
This way, these sales are recorded the same as other card sales and can then be matched during payout by the external service provider.
To do this, go to the Settings menu -> Payment Methods:
- You can also set whether tips are accepted for this payment method (only available on our own KLARA Payments solution – this feature is not supported by external payment providers).
- You can also define whether a warning message should appear each time to confirm that payment was actually made via the external provider.
The defined external payment methods appear on the checkout screen on the left according to the defined settings (name and order) and can be selected there:
