Since 2025, KLARA offers its own payment terminals with the latest generation of cash register systems. This integrates hardware, software, and payments directly in one solution, working seamlessly together. No third-party systems are needed anymore.
You have a complete system in one software environment and a single point of contact for onboarding & support:
- KLARA Cash Register Duo (desktop cash register with customer display) - Requires a payment terminal
- KLARA Cash Register Flex (mobile tablet cash register) - Is itself a payment terminal with NFC chip
- POS Mobile Mini - Our smallest and most affordable payment terminal with 4G & WiFi
- POS Mobile - Our larger, mobile payment terminal with a bigger display, with 4G & WiFi
- POS Desk - Stationary payment terminal, Ethernet connection
All our terminals are certified according to the highest and newest PCI6 standard.

Third-party providers (not recommended):
KLARA will discontinue support for interfaces to payment third-party providers such as Worldline, Nexi, or SumUp as of 10/31/2026. Switching to KLARA Payments is necessary to use a cash register-connected payment terminal. New customers will no longer be onboarded with third-party systems.
We advise against integrating third-party payment terminals with our cash register, as in these cases we cannot guarantee support options, compatibility, or full functionality. However, technically there are options to use devices from certain providers until 10/31/2026:
Worldline (formerly SIX):
With the Worldline (formerly SIX) payment terminal, you have received instructions to help you set up the payment terminal.
Afterwards, connect the payment terminal to the cash register via the tablet.
To do this, open 'Settings' on the tablet and click the toggle for the payment terminal. Depending on which terminal you want to connect to the cash register, select the appropriate option there. If you do not have a 'Yomani', the selection is irrelevant.
In the next step, enter the Terminal ID (TID) or the IP address of the terminal. In both cases, the tablet and the terminal must be on the same LAN network.
Payment terminal connection failed
If you cannot connect your payment terminal to the tablet, please check the following:
- Are the terminal and tablet on the same LAN network?
- Is the Terminal ID (TID) or IP address correct?
If the connection still does not work, try using the IP address instead of the TID or vice versa.
If the connection is possible but the card payment process still does not work, please check whether the terminal is properly connected to the internet or if there is a connection to a previous system.
These terminals can be connected
Here is a list of all currently possible terminals:
Nexi (formerly CCV):
