How to Use the Payment Calculator
- Enter a New Employee: Begin by adding a new employee in KLARA Home.
- Navigate to Payroll: Go to the third step labeled “Payroll”.
- Input Fixed Payment: Ensure that a fixed amount for payment has been agreed with the employee.
- Adjust Gross Wage: Modify the gross wage until the net wage reflects the desired amount.
- Review Costs: All associated costs will be displayed transparently for your review.
