Summary
To trigger a payment, upload the PAIN file to your e-banking system and execute the payments.
Editing Working Hours
- Navigate to the “Overview” menu item to edit and enter working hours.
- Ensure all hours and expenses are entered.
Checking Entries
- Go to the “Processing > Payment” overview page.
- Verify that all hours have been entered correctly.
Transmitting Data
- Click on the “Transfer to accounting” button to send hours and expenses to the payroll accounting system.
- Confirm the action by selecting “Start salary run”.
Generating Payment Files
- Navigate to “Employer > Salary run”.
- Select the employee for whom the payment is being processed.
- Enter the value date.
- Click on the “Payment” button to complete the desired payslip.
- A PAIN file will be generated for the bank, which can be stored directly on your PC.
- The PAIN file will also be saved under “Company > Documents > Payment files”.
Executing Payments
- Note that no payment based on the KLARA payslip will be triggered until the PAIN file has been uploaded to the e-banking system.
