Connecting Payment Terminals
You can connect one or multiple payment terminals to your register by following these steps:
- Navigate to Settings.
- Select Card Terminals.
- Choose the payment terminals you wish to connect.
Features of Payment Terminal Connections
- You can combine the internal NFC reader (available on the Flex register) with external payment terminals.
- A default terminal can be selected to be preselected automatically for each payment.
- If no default terminal is selected, the register will prompt you to choose a terminal for each sale.
Payment Processing
When a sale is initiated on a connected payment terminal or directly on the register, the register will remain "blocked" until the payment is completed.

- Two simultaneous payment transactions are not possible.
- If frequent simultaneous transactions are expected, it is advisable to keep terminals unconnected. In this case, enter the sales on the register after each payment transaction.
