Log in to klara.ch on your computer and go to “POS system > Sales agent”. There you can deactivate the corresponding employee for the cash register. That means they no longer have access to the cash register from that moment.
If the sales agent is the administrator, you can remove the administrator rights under "POS system - Stores" via the pencil symbol and define a new administrator.
The "old" administrator can then also be deleted via "POS system - Sales agents" by clicking on the recycle bin.
Do you also settle salaries using KLARA and want to register the employee's exit? You can do so under “Employees > Employee management”. Click on the name of the employee who is leaving the company and enter the exit date by clicking on “Change exit” in the quick menu.
